Downloads for my projects:
Open-Dyslexic
- open-dyslexic.ttf – The font. Works on most OS’s, including Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.
The rest of the packages can be found on github, here.
- WebFont Package created using font squirrel – Makes it easier to implement open-dyslexic on your website
- open-dyslexic webOS ipk – Easy install on your webOS device. Just install this using preware.
Open-Dispatch
Open dispatch downloads can be found on github.
I have downloaded open-dyslexic.zip
but I cant seem to unzip it :/
it says archive is either an unknown format or damaged.
Mari,
Did you download it from dafont? dafont has the newest uncorrupted zip. I just tested it right now.
Is there a Mac compatible version available to download?
The font works on Windows, Linux, Mac, and pretty much any OS that accepts additional fonts.
Hi,
is great idea and great project.
Maybe you can add Polish characters ?
Hey Kamil!
Sure. If you add that request to here: https://github.com/antijingoist/open-dyslexic/issues?state=open
It’ll be on my todo list, and me, or someone else, can work on that for you. Thanks for the suggestion!
I wondered if there is a way to type up papers using the font. I downloaded it and have the zip files but cannot figure out how to actually use it. I would love for it to be added to my wordprocessing program to type up papers and such.
We made small images of the upper / lower case letters and some punctuation too. You can download the images here:

They can be printed and cut up for anyone to use.
They work well with our Move and Match app for iPad which is on App Store now
Best wishes
